Angel Wings

So yeah... I need angel wings on one of my photos...

does anyone have any ideas on what's the best way to give a person realistic angel wings...? copy/paste? draw them from scratch? make a huge model and then retouch them in photoshop...?

by all means... ANY ideas will help...
